Meet Benify at HR Tech Amsterdam October 24-25

On October 24-25, Benify will take the stage as a main sponsor at the 2017 HR Tech World, this year to be held in Amsterdam. The event draws several thousand HR professionals from all over the world. This year’s theme is the future of work and includes an agenda which explores what it means to live and work in the digital age, as well as the latest trends in strategic workforce planning and key innovations in talent management. Conference participants can stop by or pre-book a meeting to learn more about Benify’s innovative technology which increases employee engagement, boosts employer branding, and supports benefit enrollment strategies. The Future of Work, according to Benify, harnesses technology for enhanced personalization and employee outreach, making total reward transparent and management of compensation and benefits available anytime and anywhere. Moreover, Benify’s technology can be used to increase knowledge and appreciation of the employment offer, and align the benefit offering to maximize employee engagement and ROI.

  • On day 1 of the event, Benify invites participants to take an exclusive peek into its award-winning portal on the Product Demo stage at 11:20am (Stage B, Expo Floor). Benify’s Linnéa Liljestrand will offer expert insights into the future of work and show how easy it can be to engage global workforces, stay in control and stay compliant in today’s complex world of benefits management.
  • On day 2 of the event, Scania’s Ewa Bryme will discuss how, with the help of Benify, Scania are pioneering new ways in planning for the workforce of the future— through diversity, competence building and sustainable remuneration structures. The presentation Scania in 2025 will take place on the Wellbeing & Rewards stage (Level 1, E103) at 11:55am on Wednesday 25th October.

So, what can we look forward to at this year’s HR Tech World? Much of the talk, we can expect, will be centered around how modern technology will change the world of work over the coming years. At Benify, we don’t pay much attention to speculation, but rather, we base our insights on real, tangible data from thousands of today’s employees. This is what allows us to create our award-winning innovation.

Our recent groundbreaking Benefits Gap study uses Big Data to map key trends per industry and employee demographic. The results reveal a deep and candid insight into today’s benefits marketplace. For example, through this data we can reveal that pension benefits are, behind wellness, the second most valued benefits in the workplace— yet receive the lowest satisfaction rating across all employee groups. Game-changing Big Data and analytics such as this places Benify at the forefront when it comes to knowing how to engage today’s employees.

As Benify’s CEO Markus Kullendorff said at this year’s Global Benify Summit: “Our customers are the greatest product development team which we have.” At Benify, as well as using data to analyze employee trends, we talk to our customers, so we know exactly what works, what doesn’t and what tomorrow’s employees will need. It is this approach which makes us a world leader in the HR Tech sector.
